Dear Management,

I am writing to you to extend my sincere thanks to you and your staff on the exceptional service and professional care my wife and I received from your dealership when we recently flew to NSW to purchase our "dream" car....a 135i convertible.

We were treated with the utmost respect at all times by everyone, but in particular, we would like to mention Mr Blake Wilson. We met Blake in April this year when we came to Sydney to compete at the Grand National Show Horse Championships and in passing called into the dealership to "have a look" . Blake was honest,open and extremely knowledgeable and encouraged us to take a test drive!!! Blake worked extremely hard to find us the perfect vehicle with all the accessories we required and hence we are now proud owners!! We picked the vehicle up from the dealership in July and again we were very impressed with the manner in which our car was presented.
